Dr. Sara Bradbury-Willis began her medical training at the University of Wales College of Medicine (now part of Cardiff University) in 2005. She went on to qualify as a General Practitioner, achieving Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2012, and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College (FRCGP) in 2023.
In 2018, Dr. Bradbury-Willis commenced her training as an Aeromedical Examiner (AME), completing both the Basic and Advanced Aviation Medicine courses at King’s College, London. Her training also included the Multi-Crew Jet Operations course in Burgess Hill, further enhancing her understanding of the operational demands of flight.
She is currently the only CAA-approved AME based in Central Wales, offering aviation medicals at both Welshpool Airport and Dyfi Valley Health Clinic, Machynlleth.
